Quick easy save instantly with your Wright Rewards Card
Congratulations! On January 1, 2009 The Wright Firm, L.L.P., started a new program called The Wright Rewards Card. If you have The Wright Rewards Card you are one of the Lucky Few. From this date forward, you are entitled to certain advantages including discounts and benefits that ordinary people don't have. Presently the firm is offering legal advice and representation on matters such as family law, divorce, bankruptcy, probate, wills, criminal law, business formation and corporate law, just to name a few. This card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for monetary value. The free consultations are given in our Dallas, Lewisville, and Denton, Texas offices only. The consultations are by appointment only . This card only applies to legal areas that the firm at its discretion will choose to handle. The firm may refuse to accept the card at its discretion and can cancel the program at any time. Some but not all of the reasons why the firm may not be able to honor the card include but are not limited to ethics rules, potential conflicts of interest, or if the firm believes that additional legal knowledge or skill is needed to give competent legal advice on a given legal subject. The attorneys in the firm are only licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. This card does not apply to any other law firm. Attorneys in the firm are not board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization unless noted on our web site at www.thewrightlawyers.com.
You may give this card to your family, friends, co-workers, or anyone that may need legal help. This card must be shown in order to receive the benefits. These matters do not apply to cases previously retained or completed by the firm. Having this card does not create an attorney client relationship and the firm will only be considered hired when a written fee agreement is signed. The firm will require that a written fee agreement be signed prior to starting any work and a retainer may be required on all new matters.
This card may not be used with any other firm promotion or program, referral service, legal plan, or bar program. The benefits of this card do not apply to The Wright Firm, L.L.P. NoFrillsTexasDivorce Program. Please visit our NoFrillsTexasDivorce web site at www.nofrillstexasdivorce.com to see if you qualify for the benefits of this program.
The 5% discount on our normal hourly rates do not apply to cost which may include but is not limited to things such as filing fees, service fees, deposition fees, fees for outside experts, a court ordering you to pay the opposing party's legal fees, or any other cost as determined by the firm. If you retain the firm to perform legal work for you, the firm will send out a monthly or semi-monthly billing statement. The 5% reduction on hourly rates will be shown on the monthly or semi-monthly billing statements. The 5% discount rate cannot be redeemed for monetary value.
The consultation will last for one hour and does not include the review of proposed or personally drafted court orders, decrees of divorce, or final orders. The firm will review orders already rendered by the court regarding enforcement, payment of child support, modification of child support, or whether they have been violated. This program only includes one free consultation per different new legal matter.
The goal of our program is to provide our existing clients and friends, their friends, co-workers, and family a quick and cheap way to discuss a pending legal matter and to offer a discount on our legal fees for those who have been loyal to the firm.
