Our Attorneys

Patrick A. Wright founded The Wright Firm, L.L.P. together with his twin brother Paul Wright., and is the managing partner of the firm's Lewisville office. Patrick is a licensed attorney and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In 2008 and 2009, Patrick was honored in Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Texas Super Lawyer." Patrick has built a substantial family law practice that includes all areas of family law including divorce, modification and custody.

Paul Wright founded The Wright Firm, L.L.P. together with his twin brother Patrick Wright, and is the managing partner of the firm's Dallas office. Paul is a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to practicing law, Paul served as a tax professional for BDO Seidman, LLP, representing businesses and individuals in all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and controversy at the federal, state, and local levels.

Cynthia Palmer is a junior partner with the firm. Cynthia is well versed in traditional litigation as well as collaborative law and mediation as alternative solutions for resolution of disputes. Her primary practice area is family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce.

Victor Rivera is an associate with the firm. Victor's primary practice is family law, including divorce, child custody modification and enforcement, child support and adoptions. He also handles all areas of criminal defense, from misdemeanors to felonies, with a special emphasis on DWI defense. Victor is fluent in Spanish.

Monica Peters is an associate with the firm. She has devoted her entire practice to issues involving children and families. She has handled the entire spectrum of family law issues including but not limited to divorce, property division, spousal support, child custody, child visitation, conservatorship, and child support. She has also represented both children and parents in cases involving the Department of Family and Protective Services.

Leah Harbour is an associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Leah was a prosecutor with Denton County representing Child Protective Services. She also worked as a Public Defender for Dallas County and practiced in the private sector as well, focusing on civil law. Her primary practice area is family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce. She also handles all areas of criminal defense, from misdemeanors to felonies, with a special emphasis on Family Violence.

Hollie Davenport is an associate with the firm. Her primary practice area is family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce. Most recently, Hollie was made the primary attorney for The Wright Firm, L.L.P.'s No-Frills Texas Divorce program, a plan designed to facilitate uncontested divorces for a low flat rate.

Donny Perales is an associate with the firm. His primary practice area is criminal defense, particularly DWI/DUI defense. Prior to joining the firm, Donny was a prosecutor for the Collin County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, he has tried over a 100 criminal trials involving all levels of misdemeanors and felonies.

Allison Murphy is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice in family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce. Prior to joining the firm, Allison interned with the Child Support Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

Lauren Timmerman is an associate with the firm, with a primary practice in Bankruptcy. Lauren has experience in advising large scale corporate clients and high net worth individuals on tax and financial issues as well as creditor based bankruptcy.
