Paul Wright – Senior Partner

Paul Wright is a partner with the firm and the managing partner of the firm's Dallas office. Paul is a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. A Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas graduate, he received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from the University of North Texas. Paul received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as an Assistant Note and Comment Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Prior to practicing law, Paul served as a tax professional for BDO Seidman, LLP, representing businesses and individuals in all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and controversy at the federal, state, and local levels. Paul is a parishioner of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister and is a member of Knights of Columbus.

Paul’s litigation practice focuses on resolving estate and trust disputes as well as representing closely-held and middle-market businesses. Paul’s transaction practice involves counseling individuals, families, widows, business owners and professionals (primarily physicians) in estate and tax planning, wealth preservation, post-divorce planning and asset rehabilitation and advising business owners regarding on-going legal matters that affect businesses.
