Juanita Mandy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and received an Associate's Degree in Business from The Dundalk Community College in Baltimore, Maryland. After moving to Dallas, she later received a CLA (Certified Legal Assistant) from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies in Dallas, Texas. She has been working with and for attorneys for over 27 years.

Over the years, she has done just about everything from the file room to the courtroom. She joined The Wright Firm, L.L.P. in September 2008 in the Accounts and Receivables Department as Billing and Collections Representative.

Juanita has two wonderful grown children and a one delightful Grandson, Dylan. Besides her grandson being the center of her life, she enjoy reading, cooking and football.
