    Hollie Davenport - Associate Attorney

    Hollie Davenport is an associate with the firm. Her primary practice area is family law, including child custody modification and enforcement and divorce. Most recently, Hollie was made the primary attorney for The Wright Firm, L.L.P.'s No-Frills Texas Divorce program, a plan designed to facilitate uncontested divorces for a low flat rate.

    Hollie received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Sam Houston State University. Before attending law school, Hollie taught elementary school music at Oak Forest Elementary in Humble I.S.D. Hollie received her law degree from Baylor Law School, where she worked with the Legal Aid program which provides pro bono legal services to indigent clients.

    Prior to joining the firm, Hollie interned with the McClennan County District Attorney's Office, and also worked as a law clerk for C.C. Sonny Phillips, a family law practice in Humble, TX.

    Hollie is a Co-Author of "The Wright Financial Guide to a Texas Divorce" and "The Wright Divorce Guide". She is also a frequent contributor on The Wright Firm, L.L.P.'s Weblog.

    Hollie is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
