Monica M. Peters is an associate at the firm. Monica is a native West Texan who graduated Valedictorian of her high school class in Sterling City, Texas. She then moved to Lubbock and graduated cum laude with honors with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Monica next attended Texas Tech University School of Law and received her Doctor of Juris Prudence degree. While in school, Monica was involved as an officer in Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, the Honors College, Client Counseling and Advanced Moot Court Competitions. Monica clerked for Thomas, Feldman, and Wilshusen, LLP, a construction law firm in Dallas, Texas. She also served as a briefing clerk for Judge William Sowder of the 99th District Court of Lubbock County.
