Diana S. Weitzel is an associate at the firm practicing in all areas of family and bankruptcy law. She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University. Diana then received her Executive Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and her Juris Doctor from Texas  Wesleyan School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Diana was a managing attorney for the law firm of David S. Kohm & Associates representing clients in all areas of family law and consumer bankruptcy. Also, Diana has several years experience in business focusing on operations, supply chain management, marketing, and sales. Diana is a mediator and has received training in basic and family law mediations. In addition, Diana is an associate professor with the University of Phoenix where she teaches both business and law classes in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
